Ingredients
- 225 g butter, softened
- 300 g white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 10 ml vanilla extract
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 55 g cocoa powder
- 3 g baking soda
- 2 g salt
- 335 g semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
- Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt; stir into the butter mixture until well blended.
- Add the chocolate chips and leave the mixture in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Then, drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or just until set.
- Cool slightly on the cookie sheets before transferring or serving them.
