Return Policy

Our online store gives you the opportunity to return the products for any reason, which you are not obliged to tell us. The return must be made within ten (10) working days from the day you receive your order. In order to accept the return:

  • The goods must be in the condition in which you received them. This means that its packaging must not have been tampered and the product must not have been used.
  • All the forms that accompany it, such as the instructions for use, must be returned as well.
  • The guarantee must also be returned.That means that you must not have used it. 

Our company recommends that you make a first check upon receipt of your order to make sure that your package does not have any obvious defects (eg it is not broken, it is the right product, etc.). This control is not mandatory and its non-performance does not limit your rights. For the best and fastest service, it is better to send along with the goods you return, the receipts and retail sales.

Return of Goods

In case you wish the return of the goods you ordered you must fill in the contact form which is in our online store and send it to us via e-mail.

Return Settlement Methods

If you decide to return the merchandise, you can choose how to arrange the return. The possibilities given to you by our online store are the following:

  • Refund - The way your refund is made depends on the payment method you have chosen. So the amount will be refunded either by canceling the debit of your credit card, or by depositing the amount in the bank account that you will indicate to us.
  • Sending a new product - This new product can be the same or similar to the previous one or you can choose another product from our online store.
  • Repair the product you returned.

How to Return

The return of the goods is done through the transport company with which our online store cooperates.

Completion of Return Process

Your refund process will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date of returning. A change in this time frame is possible only after agreement with you and after you have chosen a return arrangement that requires more time (eg repair of the goods).

Return Cost

Our online store is charged with the cost of returning the goods only when:

  • Delivered late (except in cases of force majeure).
  • Has been delivered with damage or is defective.
  • It does not have the features that are presented in our online store.

In any other case the cost of the return is borne by you.
