1. What can I buy from realshop.gr?

2. How can I order through realshop.gr?

Select the products you are interested in, then place them in your Cart, fill out the form that appears and complete your order.

3. How do I know if a product is available for purchase?

The products that are available for online order, are indicated with the red button "Buy", while the non-available products are marked with the red indication "Ask for it!".

4. Where can I find information about the products that interest me?

Selecting the photo of the product from the window of our online store, a detailed presentation appears on the screen that includes a photo, description and its basic features (product name, price and various other features).

5. What should I do if I want more information about a product?

6. What are the payment methods of the order?

7. I have completed my purchase. How can I confirm that my order has been registered?

After the order, there is always an e-mail and / or a phone to confirm it.

8. What is your policy in case I want to cancel my order?

Our online store gives you the opportunity to return the products for any reason, which you are not obliged to notify us. The return must be made within ten (10) working days from the day of receipt of your order. To be accepted the return must:

The goods must be in the condition in which you received them. This means that its packaging must not have been tampered with and must not have been used.
To return all the forms that accompany it, such as the instructions for use.
To return the guarantee which means that you must not have used.

9. How are the products I ordered shipped?

Realshop.gr gives you the opportunity to send your order through a transport agency or courier companies (For orders over 70 € the shipment of products is COMPLETELY FREE).

If you wish to pick up your order yourself, all you have to do is place the products you want in your cart and when you complete the order, let us know that you wish to pick up your order from the company's warehouse. In this case you will not be charged with absolutely any shipping costs.

- For orders within Greece worth more than 70 euros (total value of goods without shipping costs), shipping is FREE.

- For orders in Cyprus worth more than 100 euros (total value of goods without shipping costs), shipping is FREE.

Note: The offer is not valid for products with a volumetric weight of more than 10 kg.

11. What is the time period during which my order is processed?

If no specific receipt deadline is stated upon receipt of your order, it will be processed immediately. The products you have ordered will be picked up by the postal company within one working day, unless there is a reason for force majeure.

12. How can I track the progress of my order?

You can follow the progress of your order in the Tracking of Elta Courier: https://www.elta-courier.gr/search (by entering the shipment-voucher number you have received via e-mail).

What is a shopping cart?

In the online shopping cart you can collect all the products you want to buy from RealShop. You do not need to be a member to use his cart.

See the Shopping Cart on any of your electronic devices

It is possible to see your cart from any device, as long as you become a member. Register here, log in with your personal information and add products to your cart. The cart is automatically saved in your account and you can access it from wherever you are.

What is WishList?

Do you want to somehow save your favorite products from Realshop, no matter when you want to buy them? Now you can, with Wishlist!

Using the Wishlist (or Favorites List) you can click on the heart icon to collect the products you are interested in for future purchases.

The wishlist is activated automatically and completely free of charge by creating your personal account at www.realshop.gr.
