Preparation time: 10 minutes + 30-35 minutes baking time
Ingredients:
2 whole eggs
200 g flour
150 ml full-fat plain yoghurt
50 g butter
180 g sugar
1 sachet baking powder/yeast
Bitter cocoa
Method:
Beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl with an electric whisk until lift and fluffy. Gradually add the yoghurt, melted butter and sieved flour and yeast whisking all the time. Mix until smooth.
Pour the mix into the DALIA mould and bake in a hot oven at 180°C for 35 minutes (check when the cake is ready by inserting a toothpick in the centre: it is cooked when this comes out dry). Switch off the oven and leave the cake in the oven as this cools, with the door slightly open for 5 minutes. Then remove the cake and place on a rack to cool completely before turning out of the mould.
Decorate with sprinkled bitter chocolate before serving.
