Ingredients for 4 portions
600gr watermelon ( without seeds, net weight)
100ml water
100gr sugar
We boil the water and the sugar in a pot and then we let the syrup to cold. We cut in pieces the watermelon and we blend it in a blender together with the syrup. We fill the mixture in ice molds and place it in the freezer for 12 hours.
For serving, we blend the ice cubes in a blender and fill the glasses, that have been placed in advance to the freezer.
