Preparation time: 10 minutes + cooking time about 30 minutes
Ingredients - SERVES 6 :
440 g dry mashed potato
4 egg yolks
2 eggs
400 g fresh cream
salt, pepper
Garnish:
tomato sauce
parsley
sliced cucumber
sliced pepper
Method:
Add salt and pepper to the mashed potatoes. Add the cream and mix well. Beat the eggs and egg yolks together and then add to the potato mixture. Pour into the moulds, cover with aluminium foil and bake in the oven on a tray of water at 150° for 30 minutes.
Take out of the oven. Remove the foil and water and then return to the oven for another 3-4 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing from the moulds.
Garnish:
decorate the potato moulds with the tomato sauce, parsley, sliced cucumber and strips of pepper.
